Service Sales Manager

The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for the Service Provision of thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions and OOO tkIS (RUS)`s product portfolio in Mining plants the Russian and CIS market with extensive support from the respective thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions technology services departments as well. The Service Sales Manager will have the responsibility of coordinating and managing all phases of the company’s sales process from identification of business opportunities, their evaluation, and proposal preparation, contract signature to the management and coordination support of implementation. The Service Sales Manager will be the central point of contact.

Professional duties

Requirements

    • Act as “Support” for Technology Service Sales with clear focus on Technology Service
    • Build/maintain/expand relation to existing customers in assigned region
    • Identify possible synergies with local (service) organisation
Support means:
  • Acquire/attract new customers
  • Promote our service product offerings (revamps, spares parts supply, field service, specially service products)
  • Identify and create customer demand
  • Manage follow up on offers to be made
  • Support projects in the region
  • Become good team member of BD and Sales in the region and to defined interface persons in Head Quarter Technologies
    • Experience in mining plant construction, plant exploitation or maintenance
    • Understands the market and the culture in region
    • At least 5 years technical background in Mining plant business - ideally experience in plant commissioning and operation
    • Understands the technologies and processes in sufficient detail
    • Knows technology service portfolio and service offerings in detail
    • Knows customers´ pain points and demand
    • Commercial attitude and sales orientation
    • Knows how to convince customers
    • Ambition to develop customer solutions
    • Ambition to work closely with customers on working- and management level and to build up trust relationships
    • Intermediate level of English and local language skills
    • Good communicator – especially on international level
    • Higher education in the field of mining or mechanics
    • Readiness for business trips
